Birmingham City University wishes to invite organisations to make an application for the provision of soft FM services. The contract will commence on 1.8.2019 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a maximum period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance. The contract has been broken down into the lots below:

Lot 1: Cleaning Services;

Lot 2: Security Services (Manned);

Lot 3: Waste Management Services;

Lot 3.1: General Waste

Lot 3.2: Hazardous Waste

Lot 3.3: Confidential Waste

Lot 3.4: WEEE and IT Waste

Lot 4: Cleaning and Waste Management Services;

Lot 5: Cleaning and Security Services (Manned);

Lot 6: Soft FM Services.

This contract is for the removal and disposal of general waste in accordance with UK Legislation.

This contract is for the removal and disposal of hazardous waste.

This contract is for the collection and disposal of confidential and paper waste.

This contract is for the collection and disposal of WEEE and IT waste.

This contract is for the combination of cleaning services (Lot 1) and waste management services (Lot 3).

This contract is the combination of cleaning services (Lot 1) and security services (Lot 2).
