Bodø municipality is in need of a digital patient whiteboard system for the municipality's employees.

Part of the health and care sector's welfare technology programme is the introduction of new digital systems to meet needs and challenges. Digital whiteboards will be introduced in several of the municipality's services and departments. The contracting authority needs to procure a digital whiteboard system in connection with a change in the current method of delivering services, as well as to improve existing work processes to meet current and future needs for seamless patient flow, collaboration and coordination needs.

Digital patient whiteboards are planned to be introduced in several of the municipality's service areas and associated sub-departments within health and care.

A contract will be signed with one tenderer. The contracting authority foresees the Contract having a duration of up to 8 years.

The value of the Contract is estimated to be approx. NOK 14,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
