The subject of the contract delivered by the Contractor will be brand new, ready for use, free from physical and legal defects, originally packed, of the highest quality and will have at least 12 months of validity from the date of delivery, while the expiry date must be legible. In the case of a product whose expiry date granted by the manufacturer is 12 months or less, it is allowed to deliver goods whose expiry date will be 2/3 of the expiry date granted by the manufacturer.
