We are looking for a consultant who can facilitate and conduct a trace-study of The Arab Master Programme in Democracy and Human Rights (hereinafter AR.MA).

By the end of the trace-study exercise, the consultant shall prepare a report no longer than 30 pages (excluding annexes) which clearly identifies:

— the existing network of AR.MA alumni,

— current professional and/or academic activities of persons who have previously been (or currently are) affiliated with the AR.MA programme that drive the human rights agenda forward,

— a general assessment of the current relationship between AR.MA and its alumni,

— recommendations as to how to improve the impact of the AR.MA programme and its alumni network on the human rights agenda in MENA and Europe.
