The NPO reach is large, the viewing figures and market share are generally good and the appreciation for our programs is high. But our ambitions go further. In the future, NPO also wants to be a media organisation that is relevant, agile, recognisable and participatory. To achieve this, NPO is looking for partners who can make a (pro)active contribution to the ambitions of the organization for the TV networks, radio channels and the online and social media channels.
The Public & Marketing Department of NPO is looking for a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) partners for the Campaign tender. The tender is divided into two lots. It concerns campaigns for all networks, channels and online channels. The intended effective date of the agreement is October 1, 2023.
A division is used over two specific plots:
1) Brand strategy and execution.
2) Campaign creation.

Brand & thematic strategy and campaigns
This plot includes strategic advice, concept development and elaboration/execution of campaigns for all brands within NPO's brand portfolio, which contribute to a positive change in behavior and attitude of the Dutch public and our stakeholders for NPO and its networks, channels and online channels. This concerns the larger brand campaigns and strategic issues of our channels and channels. The applications on this plot are more limited than on lot 2 and will only be used for the larger brand and creation issues of the NPO. Strategic advice on positioning and campaign tactics will also be laid down here.
Campaign creationLot 2 - Campaign creation
This plot involves the design and execution of campaigns with short lead times. We are looking for one agency with proven experience in digital marketing and traditional campaigns. The agency is well able to translate campaigns from an existing brand strategy. Responsible for the development, design and production of all tactical communication tools. Think of digital concepts, online activations, coordination of photo shoots, copywriting, and producing all necessary campaign assets such as (online) banners, print advertisements, out of home and (online) videos.
