Description:
Purchase of computer devices with software for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodship

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of computer devices and software for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodship. The purchase is carried out for the needs of management and implementation of the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesia 2014-2020.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation, the Employer specified in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as SIWZ.

3. In these proceedings, the Awarding Entity does not specify the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as PPL.
