4.1. The subject of this contract is the provision of personal and property protection services by the Contractor and the monitoring of the Contracting Authority's alarm signals in the following facilities:
1) District Court in Bydgoszcz
2) District Prosecutor's Office in Bydgoszcz
3) District Court in Bydgoszcz
The Contractor is obliged to provide the service on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the Protection of Persons and Property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, późn.zm) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 December 2013 on the detailed mode of operation of security personnel (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1681). The Contractor shall take into account the applicable provisions of law, in particular Art. 54 Law of 27 July 2001. The Law on the Organisation of Common Courts and the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 27 September 2023 on documenting the activities of inspecting the contents of luggage or clothing of persons entering court buildings (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2023).

4.2. The subject of the contract is also the intervention by the intervention group within the meaning of § 1 point 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 21 October 2011 on the rules of arming specialized armed security formations and the conditions of storage and recording of weapons and ammunition, whereby each arrival of the intervention group must take place within a time not exceeding 10 minutes from the moment of summoning by the Contracting Authority's employee or security employee or from the moment of receiving the signal emitted by the monitored systems installed in the protected building.
