The national highway network is divided into 8 corridors and 18 routes. As part of the further development of the road network and its function and as a contribution to the work on the basis for National Transport Plan 2022-2033, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration wants to carry out a value analysis of various routes, the scope of which is defined in the national road survey.

The value analysis is a systematic review of the route and examples of topics under review are:
— dimensions and quality of the stretch,
— route choice in relation to the dimensions and quality of the route,
— evaluate technical solutions and costs.
Provider must provide expertise within the following subject areas that will participate in the valuation:
— road advisors,
— advisor subject area VA, hydrology,
— advisor subject area construction (Bridges, etc.),
— advisor geoscientific.
