The assignment concerns a Framework Agreement with one Supplier. The content of the contract concerns carrying out cleaning work at the locations of the Contracting Authority. In addition to its permanent headquarters at Karel Lotsyweg 40 in Dordrecht, DG&J has opened several test and vaccination locations since the outbreak of COVID-19 in the South Holland-South region to test and vaccinate citizens with complaints.

The task regarding COVID-19 that DG&J ZHZ has to deliver is very ad-hoc and bad to plan. Changes to locations are difficult to predict and is often only clear within one week before closing or opening. The subscribing party will have to take into account the scaling up and down of locations and the services in question in the very short term.

Total estimated contract value over four (4) years of the Framework Agreement is approximately 650,000 euro ex VAT. Due to the scaling up and down of vaccination and test locations and therefore also the deployment of cleaning staff as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, turnover can vary considerably. This effect cannot be predicted in advance, so parties cannot derive any rights from the above estimate.
