The health insurance companies involved pursue the goal of concluding discount agreements for blood glucose test strips with all suitable entrepreneurs in accordance with section 130a (8) in accordance with section 31 (1) of the German Social Code V. The contract is concluded as part of the open house procedure of the participating health insurance companies.
Individual negotiations on contract content are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance companies do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners.
The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1, 2022. The contract ends no later than December 31, 2023, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract.
Joining this open house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.

A contract is concluded with all entrepreneurs who meet the requirements of Appendix 4 to the contract (self-declaration on quality requirements and the company) and confirm this with their name/company stamp/signature.

Contracts under this model and the above active substance will be concluded for the first time with effect from 01.01.2022 and end on 31.12.2023. Interested parties who want to become a contractual partner on this date must submit the above documents by E-MAIL by the 5th of the previous month.
The offer must be submitted in text form as an electronic offer by email to openhouse@dak.de. The submission of the offer by post is not intended in this process.

For the deadline, it is sufficient to receive the complete documents electronically by e-mail to the e-mail address openhouse@dak.de.
You can join later at any time. In order to be able to join the contract on the 1st or 15th of the following month during the term of the contract, the above documents must be submitted to DAK-G by the 5th of the previous month, irrespective of the desired accession. Here, too, it is important to have access to DAK-G by e-mail in a timely manner. Example: The bidder's desired membership should take place on 15.07.20xx (following month), the documents should be available by 05.06.20xx (previous month).
