The requested works reveal of lot 01: roads, sanitation, green spaces and furniture, following the declaration without follow-up of the same lot, following a first consultation conducted in formalized procedure related to the work operation, for the requalification of the Fourmisian hypercentre, comprising two lots of which one lot has been allocated. The contract is concluded for an estimated overall duration of up to fourteen months (including preparation).

— firm instalment: 11 months of implementation period (including preparation);

— optional instalment 1: three months of implementation period (including preparation).

Candidate companies will have to propose integration actions. To this end, the candidate must provide Annex 2 to the act of engagement. A visit to the site by the company is mandatory. A photographic report should be included in the technical brief and will allow to attest to the site visit.

Phase 1: firm phase:

- phase 1a: rue Cousin Corbier and southern crossroads of rue Xavier Clavon;

— phase 1b: Saint-Louis Street, Jean Jaurès Street and Emile Zola Street.

Phase 2: Optional tranche 1: parking at the back of the theater and near the media library.
