1. The subject of the contract includes the production and delivery of elements of the visual identification system of the Małopolska Region, including elements of the exhibition system and promotional materials with the logo of the "Małopolska Arena of the Championships" project, which will be used during promotional partnership projects of the Małopolska Region.

2. The contract will be awarded in two parts.

a) Part 1 – refers to the production and delivery of elements of the exhibition system.

b) Part 2 – refers to the production and delivery of promotional materials.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) for part 1 is attached as Appendix 1Da to the Terms of Reference, it will be entered as annexes to the public procurement agreement in a given part.

3. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract and for lot 1 constitute Annex 1Ca to the SWW (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

1. Part 2 – applies to the execution and delivery of promotional materials.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) for part 2 is attached as Appendix 1Db to the Terms of Reference, it will be entered as annexes to the public procurement agreement in a given part.

3. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and for part 2 constitute Annex 1Cb to the SGW (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
