The subject matter of the contract awarded in these proceedings is the supply of fuels for mobile tanks. The subject-matter of the contract awarded in these proceedings is one of two lots of the contract, which also covers the supply of fuel for passenger cars. Due to the different conditions of implementation of the contract for the supply of fuels for passenger cars, the Contracting Authority decided to award the contract for this part as part of a separate procedure, which will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 30(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
Detailed description of the item of the order includes SWZ
a) The subject of the contract is the successive sale and supply of diesel oil in an estimated amount of 130 000 litres.
b) The delivery will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party for the duration of the contract. Diesel oil will be delivered by the Contractor systematically, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority located in the administrative area of the Zamrzenica Forest District, on the basis of the order issued. A one-time delivery will include quantities ranging from 1500 l to 2500 l.
c) Fuel will be refueled directly to the tanks of factory machines or self-refueling tanks, located within the administrative range of the Zamrzenica Forest District.
d) Fuel to the place indicated by the Ordering Party should be delivered within 48 hours from the moment of placing the order by the Ordering Party.
e) Access to the places indicated by the Ordering Party for the purpose of refueling tanks at the disposal of the Ordering Party shall also take place through internal forest roads of the Ordering Party with a ground surface.
f) The Ordering Party shall not be obliged to pay the contractor or any other carrier remuneration for the carriage of fuel.
g) The Ordering Party will be obliged to pay the price of fuel within 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice.
h) The Ordering Party shall be obliged to pay the price for the quantity of fuel actually collected and shall not be obliged to collect the quantity indicated in Chapter 3 SWZ in point 1, nor to pay compensation for non-purchase and failure to collect this quantity.
i) The contractor submitting the bid is obliged to indicate in the offer the price of diesel oil used by the manufacturer on the day of initiating the procedure and to provide the address of the website where the Contracting Authority will be able to check prices for fuel on a specific day. In the event of a change in the manufacturer, the contractor shall immediately inform the Contracting Authority about this fact. The contractor in the offer is obliged to indicate the price for one liter of diesel oil and the margin applied. If the producer from whom the contractor supplies fuel gives a price per one m3, then it is the Contractor's responsibility to recalculate the price of fuel and indicate the price for one liter. The given quantities of individual fuels are estimated values and may change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. In this case, the Contractor is not entitled to a financial claim. The minimum guaranteed level of performance shall be 50 %.
