New building for substance abuse treatment in 2 floors and basement, with a gross area of approx. 2 080 m2. The construction site is located in Nøtterøy. Engineering, procurement and construction with target price and fixed-price contract subsequent to partnering contract stage.

The Awarding Authority’s BIM strategy is incorporated in the project. The property developer is free to engage designing companies, including potential use of the engineering design group the Awarding Authority has engaged until now.

An information meeting for interested contractors will be held 13.1.2012 (14:00). The meeting will be held at the Hospital in Vestfold, in the premises to the planning and development unit, Håkon V gate, Tønsberg.
