The object of the contract is the assignment of the service of collection, transport and recovery or disposal at authorized treatment plants, of the digestate produced by the anaerobic digestion plant located in Novi Ligure - Strada vecchia per Bosco Marengo classified with E.E.R. 19.06.03 and 19.06.04.

They are to be considered to all intents and purposes essential public services, therefore, for no reason can they be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In case of abstention from work due to strike called by trade associations, essential services must be provided, as required by Law 15.6.1990 n. 146.

SRT S.p.A. has the right to modify the services provided. In this case, the adjustment of the fees and the methods of execution of the service will be agreed, in the manner provided for by the rules, between the parties in compliance with the principles and parameters set out in the tender specifications.
