Temporary provision of the validation tool VTXSozial (validation of XML files) for 2 years (01/24 - 12/25)

The subject of the call for tenders is the conclusion of a contract for a quota for service support with a volume of approximately 3,360 person-hours (PS). The provision of services takes place in the form of continuous adaptation to changes and further development of the validation tool "VTXSozial" during the service period. In addition, identified errors in the validation tool must be eliminated in accordance with response and recovery times, and all changes made to the programming must be documented in Word format and made available to the Federal Agency upon request.

The estimated volume of the tender amounts to a total of 3,360 person-hours (hp) for the entire service period. The planned quota per calendar year is 1,680 man-hours. Please note that this is only an estimate without any obligation for the BA to call it up. Deviations are possible.

Billing is based on the service actually provided.

All services are to be taken into account by the contractor in the offer price for the price items of the bill of quantities. There is no separate remuneration for certain services in accordance with individual subchapters. The estimated quantity corresponds to the maximum quantity.
