The public contract shall be awarded with an unrestricted tender mode in accordance with Article 132 of the Law of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019, item 2019) hereinafter referred to as the Law.
The object of the order is to launch and operate the system of training vouchers for project participants. The order is implemented as part of the project “Catch Skilla!” co-financed by the European Social Fund under Action 1.2 Support for young people in the regional labour market of the Operational Knowledge Education Development Programme 2014-2020. The detailed scope of the contract includes a description of the subject matter of the contract as annex 1 to the contract. The order will be completed within a minimum period of 20 m to a maximum of 23 m from the date of signing the contract, however, no later than 30.6.2023.
The object of the order is: Launch and operation of the training vouchers system for participants in the Skilla Paws project! and the creation of a tool to support the above-mentioned system. The detailed description of the object of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”) and the proposed provisions of the contract (model contract) are Annex 2 and No 1 to the SWZ respectively and form an integral part of the SWZ. The subject of the order is co-financed by the European Union in the framework of the project “Pawn Skilla!” co-financed by the European Social Fund under Action 1.2 Support for young people in the regional labour market in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.
