The subject of the order is the creation of a permanent exhibition at the Brest Culture Center together with the development of workshop drawings and the script of the exhibition content. The exhibition has the character of a center of historical education showing individual epochs in the history of the world with a particular focus on Brest Kujawski. The multimedia and interactive exhibition refers to a broader historical context. It shows the importance of Brest in relation to the region and the country. It presents events in a broad context, referring to the situation in Europe and the world at the time:
- part A. Arrangement and equipment of the 254 m ground floor
- part B. Arrangement and equipment of a mezzanine with an area of 166 m
The subject of the order is the creation of a permanent exhibition at the Brest Culture Center together with the development of workshop drawings and the script of the exhibition content.
Part A. The implementation includes arrangement and equipment of the 254 m ground floor
Implementation of the subject of the contract was divided into stages:
Stage I
Delivery of stage design for the ground floor space, Part A of the exhibition, development of workshop drawings and content scenarios.
The scope of workshop drawings and content scenario includes:
- workshop drawings of multimedia, mechatronic and interactive stands containing details of the manner of execution, equipment assembly and anchoring to the ground and walls,
- views of models and mockups,
- art installations,
- effect and exhibition lighting design with selection of luminaires,
- positive opinion of an authorized specialist in the field of fire protection, in particular regarding the materials used, routes of escape planned along with their marking,
- exhibition management system design including a website and ticket booking system,
- detailed scenarios of multimedia content: films, presentations, sound recordings, educational games, tasks,
- graphic designs: information boards, multimedia presentations, application interfaces, educational games,
- design of visual information and identification system,
- design of information leaflets and ticket.
Stage II
Supply of teletechnical infrastructure devices and multimedia equipment for parts A and B of the exhibition, including: projectors, monitors, speakers, computers.
Stage III
Delivery of stage design for the ground floor and mezzanine part B, preparation of substantive content (including multimedia) and translations, launch of multimedia systems.
The scope of content-related content includes:
- recordings of films, reportages and acting monologues,
- preparing presentations, educational games, 2D and 3D animations, interactive applications,
- production of sound recordings,
- acquisition and transfer to the Employer of all necessary copyright and licenses for works created or acquired during the development and implementation of substantive content, in particular all photos and videos.
The scope of launching multimedia systems includes:
- installation of AV equipment, launch and testing of exhibition management software,
- sound and lighting calibration,
- staff training,
- preparation of as-built documentation along with exhibition instructions,
- preparation of full acceptance documentation (approvals, reviews, warranty cards, licenses, instructions for use and operation of all devices).
