The tender covers metal construction work interior elements in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and extension of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. Affected by the construction measures are the following subsections in building 900 on the hospital grounds:

- 5.1 Technical center: Building 900 New building in KG

- 5.2 Laboratory / Chapel / Social Services: Part 900 New building in SG / Component 500 Conversion in SG

- 5.3.1 Elective inclusion: Building 900 New building on the ground floor

- 5.4.1 Endoscopy: Building 900 New building on the 1st floor

- 5.6 Clinical medical service: Building 900 New building on the 2nd floor

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

The metal construction work interior elements include the following services:

- Aluminum door elements, 1-leaf: 1 piece

- Aluminium door elements, 2 wings: 5 pieces

- Aluminium fire and smoke protection door elements, T-30-RS-1 (1-flg.): 10 pieces

- Aluminium fire and smoke protection door elements, T-30-RS-2 (2 wings): 7 pieces

- Total: 23 pieces
