The Directorate's needs are to:
- Management of requests/calls and follow-up of customer complaints (Outgoing/back office/incoming calls)
- Meter data management (outgoing calls/incoming calls and appointment scheduling)
- Complementary activity on the Back Office / Front Office perimeter
