1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Delivery of ICT equipment for SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź" as part of the project entitled: "Lodz Toxicology Center".

2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes the supply of ICT equipment divided into 2 parts of the contract, in particular:

Part No. 1:

- Prescription printer: 5 pieces

Part No. 2:

- Desktops: 28 pieces

- Monitors: 28 pieces

- AIO: 1 piece

2.1. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of new, non-exhibition hardware and software to the Ordering Party's headquarters. The supplied computer equipment must have manuals in Polish (and if required), they must be covered by at least the warranty period - specified for a given device, equipment in Appendix No. 2.

2.1. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of new, non-exhibition hardware and software to the Ordering Party's headquarters. The supplied computer equipment must have manuals in Polish (and if required), they must be covered by at least the warranty period - specified for a given device, equipment in Appendix No. 2.

2.2. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER - Appendix No. 2 "Technical parameters" supplemented - for all offered devices, with a description of the offered products confirming compliance with all parameters and requirements specified by the Ordering Party - descriptions of parameters, functional, photographs, etc., including in particular - information about the name of the manufacturer, model name / manufacturer's catalog number for the offered devices. If the manufacturer does not assign the above names / part number to the devices produced, then the Contractor shall attach a statement that the manufacturer does not assign these names to the devices. The attached descriptions and documents must enable the Contracting Authority to verify the solutions offered by the Contractor in terms of the required technical and functional parameters.

2.3. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 constitutes the inability to evaluate the offer and thus the basis for rejecting the offer from the proceedings.

2.4. The equipment supplied shall meet the following conditions:

(a) hold CE declarations,

b) the delivered devices (subject of the order) must be brand new, non-standard and free from the burden of third party rights,

c) have a warranty period not shorter than specified for individual devices, equipment in Annex No. 2 to SWZ,

(d) the equipment offered on the date of submission of tenders may not be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale,

(e) the software offered on the date of submission of the tenders may not be intended by the manufacturer for recall, sale or technical support,* in so far as it relates

f) The Ordering Party requires that the delivered software be the software in the version current on the day preceding the day of submission of tenders.* if applicable

g) All delivered devices must, coming from a legal source, be covered by the warranty service package included in the price of the device.

h) The equipment/equipment supplied must be new and non-standard, without being encumbered by the rights of third parties.

2.5. NOTE: Whenever the documentation indicates the make or origin of a product or appliance, it should be assumed that each name is followed by the word "or equivalent", i.e. that embedded materials, devices, etc. will have (characterized) all parameters no worse than those described in this documentation, for a given item.

2.6. If specific technical solutions are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, it is allowed to use equivalent solutions as to their features and parameters - specified for a given item of the subject of the contract - and all possible brand names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the contract should be treated as standard definitions, and not specific brand names of devices and products used in this documentation. The obligation to prove equivalence lies with the Contractor.

2.1. The Contractor shall perform the contract within 30 days from the date of signing the public procurement contract. The Contractor may shorten the deadline for performance of the contract by a maximum of 10 days. Shortening the deadline for the performance of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders.
