The approximately 6250 m2 plot is located in the EAST BELGIUM PARK in 4700 Eupen, textile street.

AUFTRAGSTRANCHEN
It is an order divided into 2 sections:
- Section 1 (fixed section) - in connection with the complete task of the project author (study) with a view to appointing a company to carry out the work. This tranche shall begin with the announcement of the service contract and shall end before the announcement of the works contract.
- Tranche 2 (conditional tranche) comprehensive project management in supervising the construction works up to final acceptance; this tranche shall commence with the announcement of the works contract.
A uniform fee share of 10% is used for the entire order. It shall be imposed by the contracting authority.
By submitting its tender, the tenderer undertakes for its entire tender and all instalments, while the contracting authority undertakes only for the fixed tranche.
If the contracting authority does not use the conditional instalment, the tenderer shall not be entitled to compensation.
