The total estimated amount, pursuant to art. 35, co. 4 and co. 9 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments including all taxes and charges, is equal to € 17,572,500.00 gross of which € 11,715,000.00 for the duration of 24 months and € 5,857,500.00 for a further 12 months of renewal option. The cost for safety charges arising from interference risks is 0.

Aeronautical Multi-Risk Program, consisting of two distinct sections: RC Aeronautica and Combined Fleet; for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 13,500,000.00 gross, including all taxes and tax charges.

Property All Risks- Policy to cover the assets of the ENAV Group for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total estimated value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 3,450,000.00, including all taxes and tax charges.

RCT/O- Policy to cover the risks inherent in Civil Liability towards third parties and workers, for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total estimated value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 240,000.00, including all taxes and charges.

D&O- Civil Liability Directors, Statutory Auditors and Executives- coverage of the civil liability risks of Directors, Statutory Auditors and Managers, for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total estimated value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 180,000.00, including all taxes and tax charges.

RC Patrimonial Technical Employees- Coverage of risks for damage to third parties deriving from the activities carried out by the technical employees of ENAV and Techno Sky for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total estimated value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 112,500.00, including all taxes and charges.

Registration book - RC Auto policy to cover damage to third parties caused by the circulation of owned vehicles, for the duration of 24 months with the option of renewal for a further 12 months. The total estimated value of the Lot including the renewal option is € 90,000.00, including all taxes and tax charges.
