1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in the implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards.
