The subject of the acquisition is Jätkäsaaren Pyshoitinti Oy's property maintenance services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. Services are ordered for the following properties of the subscriber:

1. Saukonlaituri at Bahamankatu 5, FI-00220 Helsinki (property maintenance starts on 1.6.2020)

2. Rokkiparkki at Välimerenkatu 12, FI-00220 Helsinki (property maintenance starts on September 1, 2020)

3. Atlantinkaari at Länsisatamankatu 35, FI-00220 Helsinki (note: will be completed in spring 2020, now the competitive property maintenance will start on April 1, 2022).

Partial bids are not allowed. Alternative offers are not allowed.

As a result of the procurement procedure, the Procuring Entity will select one (1) service provider with whom it will enter into a procurement contract. The service provider selected on the basis of the procurement contract provides services to the contracting entity in each of the above-mentioned real estate properties of the contracting entity. The Contracting Entity reserves the right not to order services for one (1) / all properties.
