Refurbishment and Extension of a Training Centre for the use of Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board at Unit 218/219 Waterford Industrial Estate, Cork Road, Waterford

This project will include the refurbishment and extension of an existing industrial building. The existing building consists mainly of a single storey 2-bay portal framed clad unit approximately 4 550 m2 and the extensions will be approximately 550 m2 (approx. 5 100 m2 total development size). The building will be refurbished to cater for a change-of-use from industrial to an educational facility.

The procurement authority for this contract is WWETB and the contract will be concluded with Gortrush Investments Ltd, Unilift Ltd, and DKM Investments Ltd.
