The supplier must offer the whole. Partial bids will not be accepted. Alternative tenders will not be accepted unless specifically requested in the invitation to tender. More detailed information and tender requirements for this package can be found in Annex 1 to this invitation to tender, which sets out the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided.

It is desirable that the selected supplier utilises the fibre connections in the area and any fibre connections that may come in during the contract period as far as possible. The availability and usability of these are determined by the supplier.
