Shoring and earthworks
(excavation and earthmoving work, demolition work, ground consolidation and ground drainage work)
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nordbayern (DRV Nordbayern) is planning to merge two existing rehabilitation clinics into a new rehabilitation centre. The planned area for the new development is located in the southeast of the city of Bayreuth near the thermal bath "Lohengrin-Therme" in scenic surroundings. The new rehabilitation centre is intended to serve rehabilitation for the indication groups psychosomatics, orthopaedics and oncology. The space requirement is approx. 14,000 m2 (usable area). The size of the plots for the development and the construction of associated car parking spaces is approx. 43,500 m2.
The building has a pavilion structure. Two care pavilions are attached to a central structure and connected by transparent walkways. The upper care pavilions and the central structure of the therapeutic centre sit on a flat plinth structure.
The services contained in the service description essentially consist of:
Girder screed wall shoring with back anchoring with grouting anchors approx. 360 m²
Excavated soil (soil and rock) approx. 66,000 m³
Entsorgungsarbeiten ca. 116.000 t
Wasserhaltungsarbeiten 31 m³/h
Dränage Doppelpumpstation 1x30 l/s, 1x 20 l/s
Drainage of seepage pipelines approx. 1,800 running metres
Dränage Sickerschächte DN 3000 2 st
The individual partial services are technically closely related. They consist of the construction pit production, the shoring, which is to be produced successively with the excavation, as well as the disposal work, which is also carried out successively with the excavation pit production due to space constraints and sampling. The canal structures and shafts of the drainage are also to be integrated into the construction pit production and cannot be produced separately. These partial services must be continuously adapted to the construction operation and converted.
