The contract covers services in the field of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) and project management (PM) of IT activities under the management of or on behalf of the Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union.



A framework contract of a duration of 3 years, with an option for maximum 2 extensions of 1 year each, covering the provision of services to DG Taxation and Customs Union in the field of quality assurance, quality control and project management for its current and future IT projects and operations mandated by the Customs 2020 programme, the Fiscalis 2020 programme, and their successors.
