The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide data center hosting services for the needs of CMAR Paca.

This framework agreement is the subject of a single package and is concluded according to the formalised procedure. This is an open tender.

The services give rise to a single-contractor framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum value of 100,000 euros (including VAT) for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will also be €100,000 (including VAT) per renewal period.

For information purposes, the annual amount is estimated at €55,000 (including VAT), i.e. €220,000 (including VAT) for the total duration of the framework agreement.

This Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of its notification. It therefore takes effect from that date. It is renewable three (3) times for a period of one (1) year.

The estimated start date for the performance of the services is scheduled for February 2024

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide data center hosting services for the needs of CMAR Paca.

As part of the management of its information system, the CMA PACA wants to use this consultation to select a third-party hosting service provider in order to:

- Host its centralized infrastructure;

- To support CMA PACA in the gradual outsourcing of its information system during the duration of the framework agreement in PaaS mode;

- Ensure the availability, performance, flexibility and security of the infrastructures implemented with 24/7 monitoring;

- Manage, operate, and maintain hosting infrastructure, virtualization hosts, and virtual machines.
