This consultation follows a declaration of fruitlessness. Applicants may visit the places of execution of the contract before submitting their tender under the conditions set out in article 2.8 of the consultation regulations. The proposal of optional variants is not authorized. The imposed variant proposal is planned and defined in the CCTP. Failure to propose an imposed variant will lead to the rejection of the offer. The contract includes any Additional Services (PSE) defined in the CCTP. Applicants must imperatively answer them.
