Renovate Prices 2021, 2022 and 2023

In 2013, Realdania and the Landowners Investment Fund established the Renover Award to recognize renovation projects that help to show how we best solve the major social task, that is, to update the existing building stock in Denmark.

From the outset, the ambition of the award has been to give the renovation the visibility and recognition that the discipline deserves. By highlighting the many good renovation projects that exist around the country, it is hoped to inspire new and more renovation projects that benefit the entire community.

The renovation of the prize consists of a number of activities, culminating in a price celebration in September. The contract offered includes the performance of these activities

Realdania and the Landowners Investment Fund (hereinafter the "Contracting Entities") wish to enter into a framework agreement on the purchase of services in connection with the planning, promotion and holding of the Renover Prize in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023. The Framework Agreement may be terminated by the Contracting Entities with three months' written notice.

The framework agreement offered comprises the following overall activities, which must be delivered for each year:

(i) Setting nomination and selection process

(ii) Price Celebration

(iii) Winner project and special prize

(iv) Website

(v) Newsletter, PR, social media and marketing

(vi) Publication, Prize Objects and Plaque

(vii) Network communication.

The activities are further described in the document "Delivery description".

Tenderers compete on the annual framework for carrying out the above activities. Thus, within the agreed framework, the winning bidder must undertake all agreed activities.

Within the activities described in the supply description, contracting entities may decide that the priority of activities - within the annual framework - must be changed. Thus, the contracting entities may decide to allocate additional resources (larger quantity) to one activity against a corresponding economic reduction (smaller quantity) to one or more other activities.

In addition, the contracting entities have set a limit of DKK 3,500,000 incl. VAT for use in purchasing activities (optional). Within this framework, the contracting entities may purchase a larger "quantity" within the activities covered by the description of delivery. The contracting parties may make use of the option (supplementary framework) at any time during the contract period.
