A. The subject of the contract is the replacement and unification of road lighting in Kędzierzyn-Koźle
B. Scope of the contract:
1. exchange 2508 pcs. lighting fixtures,
2. replacement of 825 pcs. worn-out poles,
3. replacement of 70 pcs. control timers,
4. Implementation of the lighting control system.
C. Additional information:
1) Technical parameters of luminaires, poles and minimum parameters of timers are indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Contract,
2) The Contractor is responsible for completing all formalities related to the admission to carry out works on the network belonging to Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. and to cover the related costs. All modernization works and works carried out on the low voltage combined heat and power network should be coordinated with the MV Region and the Strzelce Opolskie MV Region.
3) Tauron Nowe Technologie S.A. (hereinafter "TNT") is the owner and operator of the lighting network, therefore the Contractor is obliged to m.in.:
- making appropriate arrangements, obtaining permission to enter TNT equipment,
- immediately inform TNT of failures, fire and other damage to equipment or events posing a threat to the lighting network,
- to allow TNT access to the equipment for inspection or repair purposes.
4) The Contractor will be obliged to apply the rules, instructions and procedures related to the conduct of works on power equipment in force in the Tauron Group, in particular to apply the Instructions for the organization of safe work on TAURON power equipment and the principles of planning and reporting works to the appropriate TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Field Unit.
5) The Contractor must conclude a contract with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. for power outages and admission to safe performance of works; for these services, it will be charged with fees in accordance with the Tariff and price list of additional fees in force in TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
D. Employment Requirement Under a Contract of Employment. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing the following activities necessary to perform the contract:
activities related to the replacement of street lighting infrastructure,
The method of verification of employment, the authority of the contracting authority in the field of control and the sanctions for non-compliance are set out in the draft provisions of the contract.

F. Requirements resulting from the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels
Pursuant to Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), the Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%.
