Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal carrier according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), plans to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for individual support in the activation, orientation and placement of disadvantaged, employable benefit recipients with a refugee background who are far removed from the labour market and who are able to work, who live in a family and community of needs with at least one child up to the age of 15 years. The aim is to strengthen and integrate the group of participants into employment on the primary labour market in the medium term. If the goal of placement in gainful employment in the primary labour market cannot be achieved, qualification or placement in a further measure can also be formulated as an intermediate goal. A cross-sectional goal is to counteract a consolidation of benefits through perspective development and positive life planning in communities of need with children.
