Construction is scheduled to run from March 2022 to October 2023.

The total construction costs amount to approximately EUR 8.8 million net, of which for KG 500: EUR 4,850,000 net.

The assignment is based on levels and construction stages over the next 10 years. First, the planning services for the 1st part of the 1st BA should be commissioned.

The client reserves the right to commission the participant selected in this procedure for the second construction phase. There is no legal claim to this.

The 2nd BA includes the construction of a new approx. 500 m long technical tunnel to the heating plant with a total construction cost of approx. EUR 20 million gross. Construction is still open.

Object planning service for engineering structures in accordance with Part 3, Section 3 HOAI for the 1st BA, Part 1, access road to the Neue Mitte building extension at the University of Konstanz.

Basic services of service phases 2-9 as well as the special service of the local construction supervision.
