This consultation concerns works operation F447/F485.

The project concerns the restructuring and rehabilitation of buildings I and S as well as the residentialisation and accessibility of the halls at the Sainte Jeanne residence in Cannes (06 150).

This operation responds to several challenges: urban, heritage, attractiveness. These are:

- integrate the 2 buildings located in the centre of the district and bordering the future social, entrepreneurial and cultural centres by requalifying them

- to make the ground and first floors available to the City of Cannes to set up the business centres;

- Adapt and modernise the heritage by making it more environmentally friendly. The BBC renovation 2009 label will have to be obtained. A pre-rehabilitation/post-rehabilitation diagnosis should highlight the reduction in energy consumption.

- to respond to a lack of supply of small dwellings (restructuring of large dwellings into smaller ones to accommodate households more suited to this type of type of type (elderly people, young workers, etc.).
