Transportation and treatment of used structural mass from a composting plant for food waste at Hornmoen in Elverum. The amount is roughly estimated to approx. 4 300 tons or 12 000 cubic meters, and shall be transported away from the plant as soon as possible, preferably no later than the 1.7.2012.
