Provision of a marketing management platform including hosting, maintenance and support
A marketing management platform (MMP) is used by the headquarters, the offices of the Federal Agency (OAG) and the joint institutions (gE) as part of their press and marketing work. This specially developed so-called "MediaBoard" currently comprises the following modules:
- "MediaNet" ein Web-to-Publishing-System
- "MediaThek", a digital asset management system
- "MediaRoom", a communication and information area
- "Eveeno" as a sublicensed tool for event management, which is not directly integrated into the platform.
In addition to the provision of a BA Marketing Management Platform (BA-MMP), the current contract also includes hosting, operation and software maintenance and support services. In addition, a contingent of service support for technical and graphic work was procured.
The BA's aim is to be able to use a central, online-based, access-restricted overall solution as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Pre-acceptance services:
> Adoption of the current BA-MMP solution (in case of AN change) with:
- Esp. Creation of a schedule and performance plan, creation of concepts, training, migration, implementation and customizing of the new MMP
Services after acceptance:
- Hosting, operation, maintenance and support of the MMP
- Optional DL support
