Description:
SERVICE OF PROVIDING IT SERVICES INCLUDING THE ADMINISTRATION OF IT SYSTEMS OF THE HOSPITAL ALONG WITH COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND IT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE WIELOSPECJA HOSPITAL

1. The service of providing IT services including the administration of the Hospital's IT systems along with comprehensive service of computer equipment and IT infrastructure" at the Multi-Specialist Hospital in Inowrocław.

2. The service will be provided in all Organizational Units of the Ordering Party, including the facilities of the Ordering Party in Inowrocław at 97 Poznańska Street and 32 Toruńska Street together with substations of the Medical Rescue Unit in Janikowo, Gniewkowo and Kruszwica.

3. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with rooms enabling the setting up of 7 computer workstations for the duration of the Agreement.

4. The conditions for making the rooms referred to in paragraph 3 available shall be specified in a separate agreement – the Rental Agreement, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

5. In order to perform this Agreement, the Contracting entity shall provide the Contractor with access to technical rooms such as server rooms, distribution points and others, on the terms provided for in the Ordering Party's procedures.
