This contract concerns a framework agreement for the supply, installation and placing in service of washing machines and dryers with heat pump technology (+ alternative without heat pump), including related works such as the provision of the pedestals.

The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years with the possibility to extend the basic contract by 2 x 1 year in which the machines can be purchased. The TCO is calculated for a period of 10 years.

The machines will be installed across the various campuses.

As an indication, below you will find an overview of the desired machine volume, the numbers and locations where the devices are provided:

Washing machine with minimum drum volume of 70L: SL, PAAZ, Leasehold (3 pieces)

Washing machine with minimum drum volume of 100L: Beveren, Lokeren (2 pieces)

Washing machine with minimum drum volume of 180L: Beveren, Lokeren (2 pieces)

Washing machine with minimum drum volume of 280L: SM, SL, Leasehold (5 pieces)

Dryer with mini eel drum volume of 190L: Beveren, Lokeren (2 pieces)

Dryer with minimum drum volume of 325L: Beveren, SM, SL, Lokeren, Pachtgoed (8 pieces)

We would like to emphasize that the location and the numbers can still change after the closing of the assignment.

The devices for Lokeren will be purchased when the new building that is planned for 2024 is put into use.

The devices for SM and SL are part of a renovation of the relevant room that should be completed in 2023.

The other devices are to replace the current devices that will be ordered during the term of the agreement if a device can no longer be repaired.
