The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the Sławno Commune from May 2023 to December 31, 2023.

1. Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Sławno, including: – from residential real estate and from real estate on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes; – from the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste called (PSZOK) and from points designated in a pharmacy, schools and municipal office". The approximate amount of municipal waste, which the Ordering Party provides to be collected from the owners of residential real estate and from real estate on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, PSZOK and from points designated in the pharmacy, schools and commune office during the contract execution period is about 672 Mg. 2. The scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) – Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and the draft contract constituting (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).
