UKÄ is a government agency in the field of higher education located in Stockholm. Currently, about 120 people work at the agency. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at approximately SEK 2.5 million. The amount is based on previous years' statistics and current expected needs. In terms of volume, procurement and call-off support involve the largest efforts and UKÄ's estimate is that these two service areas involve consultancy efforts on average about 600-1,000 hours per year. However, no guarantees can be given regarding volumes or possibilities of obtaining a certain number of assignments.
The procurement concerns a framework agreement with a supplier. The contract period is from signing the contract and twenty-four months, with the possibility of extension on two occasions of a maximum of twelve months at a time, i.e. a maximum of four years. Call-offs will be made in accordance with established terms in the framework agreement.
