The Directorate of Labour and Welfare (Norwegian: NAV), c/o the Department of Finances and Management invites tenderers to a tender contest for assistance in assessing the organisation and organisational development.
The provider's resources shall participate in a secretariat managed by an internal project manager.
The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of consultancy services within strategic advice in connection with significant change processes in the organisation in the years to come. The agreement must have sufficient flexibility to cover NAV's requirements for this area in the years to come.
The service provider shall assist with:
- Consultancy related to assessment and review of the organisation through appropriate methodology and framework.
- Organisation design, work processes, roles and responsibility
- Restructuring and changes processes
- Change management
- Planning and implementation of relevant organisational changes, including analyses of the organisation and personnel.
- Prepare documentation for meetings, work groups and workshops, and implementation thereof.
- Substantiate the work by presenting reports and presentations
- Analysis, compilation and presentation of data
- Coordination, consultancy and preparation of a decision basis for the top management in the work with developing the organisation.
The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 25 million, excluding VAT.
