The subject of the contract is a service consisting in organizing coach transport with 2 drivers for young people from primary schools in Zgorzelec and their guardians, i.e. 48 people (primary school youth 43 people, 3 carers, 1 group leader, 1 interpreter), to a town located in France for a summer holiday. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor in writing about the exact place of rest at least 3 days before the execution of the contract in question.

1. The rest includes 9 nights, 10 full days and starts on July 7, 2023 at 19:00 on the square at the Sports and Recreation Center at 2 Maratońska Street in Zgorzelec (meeting point for participants of the holiday). Departure of participants from France on 17 July 2023 in the evening, after agreement with the group leader, to the meeting point.

2. The estimated maximum number of vehicle-kilometers (wkm) to be travelled under the subject of the contract, during the period of service performance, is 4,500 wkm and applies to the journey of the coach in both directions, i.e. from the place indicated to the destination and return to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, including trips at the place of stay in France. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the estimated number of vehicle-kilometers by no more than 2400 wkm.

3. The Contracting Authority shall not bear the costs of travel of the Contractor's vehicle to the place of departure (collection) and the costs of returning the vehicle to the Contractor's transport base. The Ordering Party provides accommodation and meals for drivers during the implementation of the subject of the contract.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service with an appropriate internal combustion vehicle (coach), which on the day of submission of tenders is admitted to traffic, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law and meets the following minimum technical parameters:

1) produced not earlier than in 2018. The year of manufacture of the vehicle is a non-price criterion for the evaluation of offers. Under which the Contractor may receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.

2) with at least 50 seats and luggage storage,

3) technically efficient, registered, having valid technical tests and third party liability and accident insurance. It is unacceptable to provide the service with a damaged, withdrawn from traffic or deregistered vehicle. It is forbidden to carry more than the permitted number of people specified in the registration document.

4) equipped with efficient air conditioning, heating, individual air vents and lighting, comfortable reclining seats, seat belts, headrests, foot support at each seat, efficient and clean toilet equipped with the necessary hygiene products, TV, DVD, ABS, ASR. In addition, the vehicle must be equipped with functional testing equipment.
