This contract is part of the ongoing studies and work on Phase 1 of Operation Fives Cail. The expected skills are as follows: contractor designer landscaper - BET VRD - BET Hydraulic. It consists of a basic mission and 3 complementary missions.

The basic mission concerns the prime contracting of public spaces, from the AVP-D phase to the reception / delivery phase of the works and completion of the monitoring of the maintenance of the plantations in specific sectors and to different stages of advancement.

The complementary missions concern the whole of phase 1 and aim to guarantee the overall coherence of the project, the accompaniment of the project owner in his exchanges with the promoters, and to associate a parallel approach of conception on bands of uses within the scope of the project.

The works will be carried out under SORELI project management, in a definitive or provisional way, integrating any temporary / transitional adjustments made necessary according to the phasing of the works and any element related to its spaces, the interfaces with the existing lots or to be built in particular. , on the basis of the studies already carried out.

In relation to the schedules of the operation and the real estate programs, the different missions will be committed either as a fixed tranche or as optional tranches.

The amounts of work by sector are as follows:

- West sector: EUR 7 729 374.06 excluding tax (value date January 2017),

- Tf sector is: EUR 2,276,287.10 excluding tax (value date February 2019),

- To1 garden aisle area A: 440 000,00 EUR excluding taxes (value date December 2017),

- To2 sector north: 500 000,00 EUR excl. VAT (value date december 2017),

- To3 mains Aqueduct: 150 000 EUR HT (value date December 2017).
