The subject of the order is a subscription to software enabling two-dimensional and three-dimensional design, e.g. Autodesk AutoCAD 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD LT or equivalent. The subscription for five software licenses is from 13.12.2023 for a period of 36 months

and a new additional subscription for one license from the date of signing the agreement, but no longer than until 12.12.2026. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract. All requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law as inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the contract.
