The University of Paderborn intends to introduce Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) in the short term.

In the future, the CAFM system will act as a central system to map the most important workflows of the responsible department and make them fit for the future.

With the help of the CAFM system, procured and rented infrastructural goods are to be managed sustainably and efficiently. In addition, the system is to be used in the development of professional fault management and the planning and follow-up of the maintenance of technical systems within the scope of operator responsibility.

The nature and scope of the actual provision of services is to be determined in the further proceedings.
