Production of video material on the importance, necessity and effectiveness of industrial relations and labor protection, for the production of 18 (eighteen) video films, each 8-15 minutes long, total video length of at least 207 minutes but not more than 270 minutes, and 18 ( eighteen) video tips, each 1.5 minutes (1.5 minutes is 90 seconds) long, total video tips at least 27 minutes, in accordance with the "Technical Specification" section of these By-laws.
