The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the construction of a school with technical infrastructure, bicycle paths, roads and parking lots, playgrounds, a running track, a football pitch with ball catchers, bicycle shelters, a place for collecting solid waste, a water supply connection, a sanitary sewer drain, a sprinkler installation, drainage, a battery of 4 retention tanks, a retention and drainage tank, an external gas installation and a connection electric on Dz. nr ew. 90/17, 90/32, 90/59 obr. 17 in the village of Parzniew, Brwinów commune, along with the implementation of the necessary technical infrastructure. The order also includes the equipment described in the project documentation. Note: The construction of the gymnasium between axes A-I and 23-42 (building area 1,607.74 m2, usable area 1,534.37 m2) will constitute the second stage of the investment and is not included in the scope of the subject of this contract.

The order also includes the equipment described in the project documentation. Sports installations and equipment and equipment provided for the gym are not included in the scope of this contract and should not be included in the valuation. 2. The investment is carried out on the basis of the current decision on the building permit No. 964/2022 of 02.06.2022 issued by the Starost of Pruszków. 4. The executed construction works are to be carried out in accordance with the material scope of the subject of the contract and include the execution of all works in accordance with the construction documentation attached to the contract referred to in Annex 5 to the SWZ, and also: 1) all delivered equipment and materials are to be brand new and meet the requirements set out in the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; 2) The Contractor will provide its own authorized geodetic service for delineations, sketches, inventory maps, current solutions in the field of geodetic services in the event of collisions, collisions and inconsistencies in the field; construction of the relevant scope. The cost of such service shall be fully borne by the Contractor; 3) on the basis of the Fire Safety Instruction, the Contractor will prepare an as-built scenario and equip the facility with all elements (fire extinguishers, plates, etc.) in accordance with the Instruction.
4) after completion of construction works, but before the final acceptance of works, the Contractor will organize two 1-day trainings, with an interval of 5 to 7 calendar days, for the building manager / user in the field of operation of the facility. Training should be carried out on the basis of Manuals for operation and operation prepared by the Contractor: the facility, installations and devices related to the facility. During the training, issues related to the scope of necessary work related to ongoing maintenance and periodic technical inspections, taking into account the requirements of manufacturers of devices and systems installed in the building, should also be discussed. The training program should be presented to the Ordering Party for approval within 3 days before the planned start of the training. 4.The subject matter of the contract shall be accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, and shall benefit all members of society through equal access, taking into account the needs of those users whose functioning is limited in any respect. 5.Na performed works The Contractor grants a 60-month warranty for defects counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of works.
