HUS Group invites tenders for cochlear implants and their accessories.

The products are described in more detail below in the invitation to tender and in Appendix 1. Price and product form.

This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities. The products requested in this call for tenders will be used by:

- HUS Group

- Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (representing the wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa)

- Wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia

- Wellbeing services county of North Savo

- The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland.

The parties involved in this invitation to tender shall hereinafter be abbreviated as "Subscribers".

HUS Group invites tenders for cochlear implants. The procurement includes, for example, the following products:

- Sisäkorvaistutejärjestelmä, unilateraalipaketti

- Sisäkorvaistutejärjestelmä, bilateraalipaketti

- Ääniprosessorin päivityspaketti.

This is a total purchase. The procurement is not divided into parts and no partial tenders can be submitted. The Provider shall offer all of the Exhibits in Annex 1. Price and product form requested products to be compared.

The total procurement secures, for example, the compatibility of equipment and supplies of the object to be acquired. In addition, the overall procurement is technically smoother in terms of contract execution and communication between contract suppliers, which facilitates communication with contract suppliers.

The subject-matter of the contract also includes additional products related to the products offered, such as additional sizes and accessories, as indicated in Annex 1. Price and product form, on tab 4. Accessories. In addition, during the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract that are the subject of the contract and not specified in the product annex may be procured in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see the draft contracts found in the annex).

The contract period for cochlear implants is two (2) years. The agreement includes two (2) one (1) year option periods. Each subscriber decides on the introduction of option periods separately and notifies the contracting parties before the end of the actual contract period. Subscribers reserve the right to exercise the option only for part of the object of the contract. The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements concerning it are described in detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

In addition, an agreement will be signed for the wearing and interchangeable parts of cochlear implants. The agreement is valid for a fixed period of four (4) years, after which it is valid until further notice. A party may terminate the agreement in writing for an indefinite period of notice with six (6) months' notice.

The HUS Group puts out to tender and makes the procurement decision on behalf of all the contracting entities involved in the joint procurement. Each contracting entity/wellbeing services county concludes its own procurement contracts and other necessary contracts (e.g. kaupintavarasto contract) with the suppliers selected in the decision.

The estimated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 5.5 million in total. eur 23 million per year and approximately EUR 23 million eur for a period of 48 months. This is an estimate, and contracting entities do not commit to the amounts in euros indicated and the actual consumption volumes indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated.

The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements concerning it, as well as the terms and conditions of the contract, are described in detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

In the tendering process, four (4) contract suppliers will be selected, with whom each contracting entity of the wellbeing services county will separately conclude a procurement contract and, if necessary, other contracts and their appendices, which can be found attached to this invitation to tender. If the number of successful tenders is not reached, all accepted tenders may be selected.
